❖ GENERAL TERMS ❖

◦ I have a right to refuse a commission, if I believe I cannot fulfill your request.◦ If there is any kind of breach of terms, your commission will be cancelled.◦ I may also stream the commission process on my Twitch. Please let me know if you would like your commission to be kept private.Any work I produce, including commercial art, under any circumstances is not permitted to be used for non-refundable tokens. Use of any of my artwork for advertising or profits associated with cryptocurrency or NFTs is strictly prohibited.

❖ PRICING AND REFUNDS ❖

◦ All pricing is in USD◦ All prices are base pricing for commissions.◦ 50% of payment is due up front before commission can be started. Other 50% is due after sketch is approved.◦ Prices may differ depending on style and complexity.◦ Payment will be received through PayPal only.◦ Please keep in mind that there will be no refunds once I have started on your commission.◦ If there are circumstances where I cannot finish the commission, I will issue you a refund. I will allow a refund if I have not started on your order yet. Please do contact me if any issues arise.◦ Chargebacks without previous discussion after completion of work will result in being blacklisted.

❖ USAGE RIGHTS ❖

◦ I retain all rights of the artwork that is produced. However, I do not hold rights to the characters that are requested to be drawn.◦ Commercial Use of my commissions will be an additional fee of 50% of the total price.◦ By commissioning me, you consent that any kind of artwork produced by me may be used for future distribution, production, etc.◦ Commissioner MAY NOT claim the artwork that I have produced as their own.
